RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Here at DAMANCI we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love them as much as we do!. Nonetheless, If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied we gladly accept returns of new, unused products within the 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Generally, as a “rule-of-thumb" you return the items to us the same way we sent them to you - in the same condition and with all the original contents.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To return your item(s) for exchange/online store credit, follow the steps below:
- Please contact us at email@example.com to receive your RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization number) to initiate your return process, eligibility and instructions for processing. Please provide us a brief explanation of the reason and/or dislike of the item/s returning. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (unopened, unused, untested and resalable) condition.
- Please provide us with your contact information, order number, order date, as well as the Description of the item/s that you would like to return.
- A RMA number will be issued to you by email within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been approved for processing. Once received, please print and send it along with the original invoice and the goods you wish to return. Returns received without an online account and RMA number will not be processed. Your RMA numbers are valid for 15 calendar days, within which time returned products must be received by us.
- Once your return is received and inspected you will receive another email confirmation providing completion process. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return
via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanges orders. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only in the event, that the return item/s was a direct result of our own error/
- Claims for shortage or damaged goods must be made within 10 days of receipt.
- Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
- Purchases for prepaid cards and gift packaging are not eligible for return.
CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED AS FOLLOWS:
- Merchandise less than 30 days old will be issued 100% credit, less 25% restocking charge.
- Merchandise older than 30 days and custom orders are not returnable for credit.
- No cash refunds will be given.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
